Australia Wide standard shipping is free for purchases $150 and over.
For orders $149.99 & under there is a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00.
We use Australia post e-parcel which can take between 2 - 5 days (WA can sometimes take a little longer - 2-7 days).
If you want your item in a hurry, there is an option of Express Post for a charge of $10.95. For orders over $150 the surcharge is reduced to $5.
Please note this is not a guaranteed overnight delivery service. Normal Australia post express post delivery times apply.

Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable garment/s with original tags in a secure courier bag.
Every precaution is taken to ensure you receive items in a "new" condition. If you find that your item contains manufacturing faults or are not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) can then be shipped back to us for assessment. If you are approved, a refund will typically be processed within 7 days.
A refund will also be given for shipping expenses for faulty items.
NOTE: A manufacturing fault results from incomplete or incorrect production processes and results in abnormalities or wearing. This does not include any faults from incorrect use.

Please make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your garment does not arrive. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry with the relevant postal service. The postal service will get in touch with you and then will require a response from you. The whole process can take up to 2 months. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
